PROJECT MANAGER – MULTI-FAMILY & COMMERCIAL

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager who will provide leadership and be directly responsible for managing the activities, coordination of communication, organization, and systems for their assigned projects throughout the Development, Pre-Construction, Construction, and Post-Construction phases. Reporting to the General Manager, the Project Manager is to ensure their assigned projects are successfully completed on time and within budget.

CARPENTER APPRENTICE

Reporting to the Foreman, a carpenter apprentice will construct, erect, install, maintain, and repair wood-based structures or structural components. The successful candidate for this role will possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, a strong desire to learn, the ability to perform strenuous physical labour, and a positive and responsible nature.
