PROJECT MANAGER – MULTI-FAMILY & COMMERCIAL

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager who will provide leadership and be directly responsible for managing the activities, coordination of communication, organization, and systems for their assigned projects throughout the Development, Pre-Construction, Construction, and Post-Construction phases. Reporting to the General Manager, the Project Manager is to ensure their assigned projects are successfully completed on time and within budget.

CARPENTER

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Carpenter to join our construction team. The carpenter is responsible for building and maintaining temporary site infrastructure as well as assisting as needed on self-perform tasks. The successful candidate for this role will possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, a strong desire to learn, the ability to perform physical labour, and a positive and responsible nature. This role offers lots of opportunity for learning and coaching and is ideal for an experienced carpenter interested in furthering their career in construction management.

SKILLED LABOURER

Join our team as a Skilled Labourer. In this role, you will assist with the smooth operation of the construction project by performing a wide range of duties essential to the construction process such as preparing sites, removing debris, adhering to safety protocols, and collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient workflow. The successful candidate for this role will possess a strong work ethic, initiative, excellent communication skills, a strong desire to learn, the ability to perform physical labour, and has a positive and responsible nature.
